简介

刘勇勤,博士,兰州大学泛第三极环境中心教授、中国科学院青藏高原研究所研究员、国家杰出青年基金获得者、享受政府特殊津贴专家。主要从事青藏高原冰雪与湖泊微生物与气候环境关系的研究。第二次青藏高原综合科学考察研究任务五第三负责人及微生物专题负责人,近年来主持国家自然科学基金委重大研究计划重点支持项目、科技部重点研发计划子课题等10余项,曾参与南极麦克默多干谷LTER计划(MCM IV)和北极NASA星外生命探索计划。以第一/通讯作者在 “Nature Biotechnology”、“Microbiome”、“Environmental Microbiology”、“Journal of Glaciology”、“ Chinese Science Bulletin”等期刊发表SCI论文50余篇,主要成果包括:1)揭示了冰川和湖泊微生物群落特征受气候环境影响的现代环境过程;2)揭示了冰芯中微生物的时间演化特征及其对气候环境变化的响应,拓展了青藏高原冰芯气候环境变化的新指标;3)开发建立了青藏高原极端环境微生物菌种库,深化了微生物对青藏高原极端环境适应机制的认识。获第九届青藏高原青年科技奖、王宽诚西部学者突出贡献奖、中科院院长特别奖优秀指导老师奖等荣誉称号。
