主要研究成果:  

从事材料辐照损伤、热年代学及高压研究工作。在辐照损伤和热年代学交叉方向的系统研究被裂变径迹领域权威Andrew Gleadow院士评价为“对基本径迹结构理解的非常重大进展”,“代表了这种背景下的巨大进步”。 通过钻石刀制备透射电镜样品,观察到未腐蚀裂变径迹整个长度上每一点的辐照损伤及热退火情况,被EPSL审稿人Trevor Dumitru博士署名评价为“标定应用广泛的‘裂变径迹热年代学’体系中的一个非常重要的技术突破”。 截至2017年11月,发表学术论文30多篇,其中SCI索引论文29篇,专利1项。 目前是Scientific Reports, Contributions to Mineralogy and Petrology, Physics and Chemistry of Minerals, Journal of Materials Chemistry, Applied Physics Letters等近20个国际期刊审稿人。    

主要学术贡献及创新点:  

1.发现磷灰石和锆石裂变径迹的不同结构,为理解两种材料中诸多不同行为提供了新的线索,为Shuster等人的辐照损伤‘束缚’模型提供了有力支持。

2.观察到裂变径迹的退火动态过程,为揭示磷灰石和锆石不同的退火机理提供最“直接”证据。

3.观察到整个裂变径迹长度,并发现裂变径迹退火速度随裂变半径的减小而加快的现象,为今后退火模型指明了方向。

4.证实核径迹半径大小与晶体方位无关,为退火方位效应提供了解释。

5.通过原位离子辐照观察到、并定量分析了阿尔法粒子对已有辐照损伤的恢复效应,为热年代学模型考虑这一效应提供了依据。
